The Rules
◥
◤
General Regulations
i. Thou shall not be disrespectful.
ii. Thou shall be kind unto others, least you want to walk the plank.
iii. Thou shall remain PG-13 as the Proboards Terms of Conditions states. FTB if you must.
iv. Thou shall be peaceful during arguments and contact staff privately if you feel the need to. Do not make drama public. Refer to rule i and rule ii.
v. Drama is to be kept down to an absolute minimum. Spying on another group will result in automatic banning.
Account Regulations
i. All account icons must be 100x100, all hover icons are 250x400. Do not let signature images exceed 200x300.
ii. Thou must have one account per character. Usernames of these accounts must be your OOC name you will use in the shout box with rising numbers (ex: dew1, dew2, dew3, dew4, . . ., dewx).
iii. Trackers are a must. Each character must have a separate tracker post. Plot pages can be in the same place.
iv. We have no character limit; however, you must be active with your previous characters (at least one post per each account every month) before you can make another character. Staff will gently remind you if this rule is compromised.
Character Regulations
i. No more than 5 characters per thread; however, exploration missions can have as many as you want as long as the members agree on post order.
ii. We are not staff heavy, but if you find that you need to ask for the services of a staff member, feel free to PM any staff member to ask for assistance.
iii. No god-modding, no mary-sues or gary-sues, no power-playing. If you feel you must do one of the above for any reason, contact staff or contact your rp partner to ensure it is alright.
iv. Members can only join one group at once. If their character(s) are all in Cogsmith, then they can switch all characters to Scarlett and leave the Cogsmith. This is to keep cheating down among the two groups. This rule is subject to change according to how members believe this rule should be handled.
Freelancers can switch between individual pirate groups at will and do not have a pirate sub-board as of yet.
